Excellent customer service! I didn't know who to call to service the gas furnace in my Clayton Home. It has never worked correctly since the home was purchased. Water leaked out into the unit and onto the floor since day one. A CEM sticker on the unit told me they did the conversion to propane, not the installation. PLEASE READ: Thank you Dave and Daniel at C.E.M!!! Our AC recently quit working. We immediately contacted our home warranty. They sent over a contractor from out of the area.... that went through the routine fixes. However that contractor diagnosed the problem being the AC compressor. After insurance covered their part it would be $2400 out of pocket for us!!! We hired C.E.M to come take a look and get another opinion. They quickly spotted the problem!! The previous contractor wired the outside units main components incorrectly and also left some connectors unconnected and loose. In 10 mins the AC kicked on and was cooling our house down as it should. Amazed we cannot thank this company enough!
